Challenge:
At Sony, we faced the significant challenge of boosting sales in a market dominated by competitors such as Apple. Our task was to evaluate whether streamlining our extensive product lineup could effectively enhance sales performance and improve users e-commerce experience.
Solution:
I participated in the redesign of Sony’s Configure-To-Order (CTO) UI, streamlining our offerings into essential categories: Laptops, Desktops, and Tablets. Guided by quantitative data, this initiative boosted VAIO unit sales by 3.5 times in just one week, underlining my impact and paving the way for further product and shopping enhancements.
